Thanks to Project 13, Studio Network Solutions (SNS) had a sharp new look for itself and its family of high-tech products. Now it needed a website to match the new direction and aesthetic of the brand.
To develop the site's user experience, Project 13 interviewed SNS resellers to learn how they interacted with the existing site and understand how to better serve their needs in the redesign. Using their feedback and insight, we developed tiers of navigation that ensure users never find a “dead end,” and every section gives users multiple paths to explore, letting them drill down through levels of detail, no matter how or where they entered the site. We also implemented a side navigation tool that offers relevant event information based on the page being viewed, and features matching internal SNS product and service advertising.
In addition, the new site needed to allow for growth and flexibility. The content management system (CMS) implemented allows SNS to update content on the fly. And, to match the ongoing growth and expansion of SNS's product line, we designed a site built on templates that can grow and expand with each new product roll-out, giving each release its own branded section within the website.
The site has been a major success with resellers and customers, further defining SNS as an emerging brand and an industry leader.
