We generally consider ourselves a modest bunch. But when it came time to design our portfolio case, we had to show off a little.

Avoiding the traditional, bland black, we designed a case that looked unlike any we’d ever seen. A local craftsman helped us turn our idea into a beautiful wood box outfitted with a lid machined from .25" aluminum and handle of 1.5" round clear extruded acrylic, fastened together with a nut-and-bolt scheme that is at once totally utilitarian and completely cool.

Even empty, it’s not exactly the lightest thing in the world, but the case does effectively attract attention wherever we go (especially the airport). Though traveling with the beast can sometimes be an adventure, just make an appointment and we’ll be happy to bring it by and show it off in person – and show you the work in the portfolio that inspired us to design this one-of-a-kind case.
